Kim Kardashian West is set to meet with President Trump on Wednesday to talk about prison reform.
The reality-TV star has been working with the Trump family, mostly Ivanka Trump, about the case of Alice Marie Johnson, a great-grandmother currently serving life in an Alabama prison without parole for the 1997 charges of money laundering and drugs.
It was Johnson's first offense, according to her supporters.
Kardashian West and attorney Shawn Holley will visit with Trump in the hope of overturnING Johnson's sentence.
Kardashian West supported Hillary Clinton in the 2016 presidential campaign. Her husband, rapper Kanye West, is a vocal Trump supporter.
