Austin Police: "Bombing suspect is dead"

The manhunt for the bomber that has terrified the city of Austin is seemingly over.

Reports out of Austin this morning say the FBI and Austin PD were tracking the suspect using cell phone technology and surveillance video.  When they closed in the suspect blew himself up. Again this is breaking overnight and we will get you more details as we get them.

The manhunt for the bomber picked up steam after a Tuesday morning explosion at an San Antonio area FedEx facility. A second package was also discovered. These attacks began March second with two people killed and multiple other people were injured.

There were more nervous moments last night after an explosion at an Austin Goodwill store, injuring one person. Immediately there were questions if this was connected to the recent bombings in the capitol. Police said it was not, saying some old artillery simulators that went off.
