Registration is open for Spring ISD’s 3-mile Fun Run and Wellness Fair to be held at 7:30 a.m. Saturday, May 12.
The event will celebrate the three-year anniversary of the district’s strategic plan, EVERYchild 2020, and raise money for student scholarships.\
It will feature a three-mile run course, a 1.5-mile walk course, music, kid-friendly activities and a wellness fair.
The run/walk course will start at Carl Wunsche Senior High School and go through Old Town Spring, where the history and traditions of the Spring community began.
Back at Wunsche, vendors will be on hand to promote health and wellness at the fair that runs until noon.
Online registration is $15 for adults and $10 for students .
Same-day registration will be $25 for adults and $20 for students.
