Applebee's Apologizes For Racial Profiling Incident

According to USA Today, Applebee's has apologized and fired three employees at an Independence, Missouri location after a Feb. 9 incident where two African-American customers were falsely accused of skipping out without paying their bill.  The chain determined that a manager, a server, and another employee were at fault and guilty of racial profiling.

The incident garnered national attention after one of the dines, Alexis Brison, posted cell phone video of the incident on her Facebook account.  The video quickly went viral with more than 4 million views and 81,000 shares in just a few days.
