A longtime upscale Italian restaurant in the Galleria area has closed. Lori and Efisio Farris, the owners of Arcodoro, made the announcement late Thursday afternoon. They didn't explain why the restaurant was closing.
Arcodoro specialized in foods of Sardinia, Efisio Farris's homeland.
The Farrises opened Arcodoro in 1997. Their first Italian restaurant, Pomodoro, opened in Dallas in 1988, and closed in 2015.
