Harris County voters displaced by Harvey will be able to vote, even if their names are on the voter suspension list.
Some have wondered what it means that word "suspension" appears next to their names at the Web site for the Harris County Tax Assessor & Voter Registrar's office. Suspension means the voter registrar's office has reason to believe the voter has moved and that the voter ID card has been marked as undeliverable.
A voter can download the current ID card from the website, which is hctax.net.
