Economic good news buried by mainstream media

The economy is about to break its thirteen year streak of poor economic growth. Economist Vance Ginn with the Texas Public Policy Foundation told KTRH there is better news coming.

“The last time we had three quarters above three percent growth, if that happens in the fourth quarter, which many economists are expecting, it would be the first time since 2005,” Ginn explained.

But you are not hearing it from the mainstream media.

“I wonder if this has something to do with the politics and the attention being given to Russia and other issues that are out there,” Ginn said, adding the mainstream media is focusing on the sensational news and not the positive economic news.
