Trial dates are being set for the Harris County Sheriff's deputy and her husband accused in the death of a man outside a Denny's restaurant.
Deputy Chauna Thompson will head to trial June 1st while Terry Thompson will face a jury May 18th.
The two got into a fight with John Hernandez in May, which ended with the man's death. Around 100 protesters were outside the courthouse today demanding justice for Hernandez.
