Galveston Police release a sketch of a three-to-five year old boy, whose body was found on the beach this weekend near Seawall Blvd. and 7th Street.
Authorities say there are no recent cases of missing children in the area, so they are appealing to the public for help.
Renowned forensic sketch artist Lois Gibson tells our TV Partner KPRC Channel 2, “I want to reach out to that grandmother or the relative or the mommy or the daddy or some neighbor. Somebody who knows the baby.”
The boy looks like a child who was reported missing in Northeastern Tennessee.
The medical examiner has not released a cause of death.
