Discovery Green will hosts Scream on the Green, the park’s free annual Halloween celebration, from 6-10 p.m. Friday, Oct. 27.
The event features a costume contest for all ages -- and dogs -- as well as live music and a game zone.
At 7:30 p.m., visitors are invited to watch the PG-rated "Hotel Transylvania 2" on the Sarofim Picnic Lawn. The movie follows Count Dracula as he and his friends try to bring out the monster in his half-human, half-vampire grandson.
The event is free to attend.
