POLL: People support Trump working with Dems, but is that true?

If you believe the polls, there are voters who are happy President Trump worked with democrats on a number of issues last week.

The key word there is 'if.' Because even though one poll found 66% of likely voters said Trump working with the left was good for the country, people like Gary Polland with the Texas Conservative Review disagree vehemently. He didn’t like Trump’s olive branch to the left at all.

“Not at the cost of giving up their principles. I think his voters are conservative,” Polland said.

So is this an effort by the mainstream media to get Trump to keep working with Democrats?

“Oh I don’t think there’s any question about that,” Polland stated.

There are those who think polls like this are an attempt by the mainstream media to drive a wedge between Trump and his supporters. Among that group is KTRH’s Rush Limbaugh.

“The media’s primary task since the inauguration has been to separate you from Trump,” Limbaugh said on Thursday’s show.
