$19B In Insured Losses From Harvey

The Insurance Council of Texas is calling Hurricane Harvey the most costliest storm in state history.  ICT says there were 19-billion-dollars in insured losses from Harvey, when it struck the Gulf Coast and Southeast Texas last month.

Property losses have been reported at over three-billion, while both auto and commercial property losses are around five-billion.
