College-bound students interested in music, dance, theater, visual arts, graphic design and related disciplines can learn about undergraduate and graduate degrees in their area of interest at the National Association for College Admission Counseling's Houston Performing and Visual Arts College Fair, 6:30-8:30 p.m. Tues., October 17, at Rice University's Memorial Center. The free event will feature one-on-one opportunities with admission representatives from colleges, universities, conservatories, studios, festivals, and other educational institutions with specialized programs in the arts.
