Meanwhile, county public works crews are out assessing road conditions, and officials ask that residents not call 911 to report water in streets and channels unless there is a threat to personal welfare. Citizens who have experienced home damage are asked to make a report at www.pearlandtx.gov/damagereport.
Pearland city facilities will continue to be closed on Wednesday, but essential city employees are expected to report to work.
