A Californian who moved to Texas to escape liberalism has founded a company to help other conservatives make the same move.
"Being in Texas, you kind of feel like you're in a dream; you're in a vacation; you're with people who - many of which left California long before we did. We're not pioneers in this."
Paul Chabot now lives in the Dallas suburbs, and calls himself a "refugee from the ravages by the left wing in his home state."
His service helps other Californians attracted by more receptive politics and a higher quality of life for their families.
"My neighbor across the street is from California, the postman. So many people have already left California.
Chabot says he's fielded inquiries from 2,000 California households looking to move to Texas and other 'Red' states.
