Family members and searchers expressed relief after a 3-year-old who wandered off in Sam Houston National Forest this weekend was safely found.
The boy's family was camping in the forest when he disappeared Saturday afternoon.
The search was assisted by sheriff's deputies from Walker and Montgomery counties, dogs and game wardens.
The boy, whose name is Ezra, was found crouching in a brush Sunday afternoon by one of a relative who joined in the woods search and continued to call his name.
The boy had some scratches but was otherwise unharmed.
