The mainstream media keeps telling you President Trump is in trouble over what he may or may not have told then-FBI Director James Comey about the investigation into former National Security Advisor Mike Flynn. But it may be Comey himself facing serious questions.
That's because Comey is required to immediately inform the Department of Justice of any attempt to obstruct justice. There is no evidence Comey ever did that. Former FBI agent Dennis Franks told KTRH that theory is 100% accurate.
“Theoretically he could have notified someone in the Department of Justice,” Franks said.
Franks isn't sure Comey necessarily did anything wrong. But he does say that's why we need this investigation; because there are too many questions out there.
“Let the facts become revealed as time progresses. I’m sure the memo and any notes will be forthcoming,” Franks stated.
In the meantime, he says the mainstream media is jumping to conclusions too quickly; that they should let the investigation play out.
