North Korea Could Spur Exodus, Next Refugee Issue

Will tensions over North Korea lead to a refugee situation in other parts of the globe?

Japanese officials are considering how to evacuate their citizens from South Korea if tensions with North Korea reach a crisis stage.

There are reported to be nearly 60,000 Japanese citizens in South Korea -- a massive influx of people seeking safe haven should they flee.

Tensions have been rising over North Korea's nuclear weapons program. North Korea attempted to launch a projectile Saturday, but the test failed -- reportedly with an explosion shortly after launch, 

The North is angry about the deployment of a U.S. aircraft carrier group to the region. 

Japan is also bracing for the prospect of a flood of North Korean refugees trying to enter Japan.
