New reporting shows that former Obama Administration official Susan Rice knew more about surveilling Trump transition officials than we had previously been aware of. But, the mainstream media isn’t covering the revelations the way they should be.
ABC and NBC chose to ignore the revelations; CBS defended Rice, and CNN's Don Lemon chose to go a completely different route.
“We will not insult your intelligence by pretending otherwise, nor will we aid and abet the people who are trying to misinform you, the American people, by creating a diversion,” Lemon said on Monday night.
Dan Gainor at the Media Research Center told KTRH the revelations are a nightmare for the mainstream media.
“Since Trump took office, the number one thing the media outlets have beaten up Trump about have been his allegations he was monitored by Team Obama,” Gainor explained.
But he also says it's not just the mainstream media that's doing this. You're being assaulted by media on all fronts.
“They are being manipulated by news, entertainment and advertising at a level that no one in history could have ever envisioned,” Gainor said.
And it's all because they are anti-Republican, and anti-President Trump.
