In the third inning of a one-run game, Pennsylvania's Braden Hatch hit a shot to deep left field.
Kahn tracked the ball and backpedaled to the wall and made the incredible snow cone catch, robbing Hatch of a homer.
Kahn then came in to pitch and finished the game as Pearland advances after an 8-4 victory.
They play Tennessee this evening at 6p.
The winner will advance to Saturday's U.S. final vs. Hawaii.
