During the second round of the UFC 274 lighweight fight between Tony Ferguson and Michael Chandler, Ferguson was knocked out cold with a brutal front-head kick.
Fortunately, Ferguson was able to walk out of the octagon under his own power.

"Ferguson did not attend the post-fight press conference, as he typically does, and was apparently transported to the hospital by the UFC.
Fortunately, the fighter suffered no serious injuries and his CT scan came back negative following the brutal leg kick to the head."
