Suspect Is Fatally Shot After Wild Police Chase Through Houston Area

A man suspected of shooting up the Harris County Precinct 4 Constable building in Spring earlier this week was fatally shot after leading police on a wild chase through Houston.

The Czar had Precinct 4 Constable on to talk about the gunman that pulled right up to the building and opened fire on Monday.

Herman said about the shooting on Monday, "thank God there were no deputies here at this office at that time or citizens in our lobby...had there been citizens sitting in there waiting for deputies to arrive for various reason, they would be killed today."

The suspected was reportedly spotted around 11am today.

Houston police confirm that a suspect who led law enforcement officers on a nearly hourlong chase across the Houston area Thursday morning has died.
The suspect was wanted for allegedly shooting at the Precinct 4 Constable’s Office.
Surveillance photos captured images of a person in a white four-door sedan driving into the parking lot of the station located at 20122 Holzworth Road shortly after 12:30 p.m. Monday. The suspect fired multiples shots at the front doors, windows and building before fleeing the scene, according Constable Mark Herman...
The Texas Department of Public Safety helicopter tracked the chase as the suspect weaved in and out of traffic in southeast Houston, then continued on to Greenspoint Rd. and N. Sam Houston Pkwy., where the chase ended around 11:44 p.m.
