Arlington School Shooting Suspect Freed On Low Bond

This is bond reform of liberal utopia.

Less than 24-hours after opening fire at Timberview High School and wounding three people, the suspect, 18-year-old Timothy Simpkins, has been free after his bond was set at just $75,000.

So he got out after playing $7,500.

The Fort Worth Star Telegram reports:

"Arlington Assistant Police Chief Kevin Kolbye said that a 15-year-old male student and a 25-year-old man who is a staff member were shot, and a female student was grazed by a bullet. The 15-year-old underwent surgery and he was in the ICU...
A Medical City Arlington hospital spokesman said the 15-year-old was in critical condition and the other two patients were in good condition.
Multiple sources identified the 25-year-old man who was shot as Calvin Pettitt, an English teacher at the school."

The family of Zacchaeus Selby says he is the 15-year-old that was shot four times and remains in ICU. They add that he’s facing a “long road to recovery”.

WFAA-TV in Dallas reports:

"Simpkins was released on bond from Tarrant County Jail on Thursday morning, which was set at $75,000.
The bond included several conditions: drug and alcohol testing, GPS monitoring and 24-hour home confinement, according to orders from Tarrant County Magistrate Judge Brooke Panuthos."

Simpkins family is actually justifying the shooting, saying that he was just “trying to protect himself” because he was bullied. They are planning to claim self-defense.

Remember an innocent teacher was shot in the process of him “trying to protect himself”.

The Selby family is blasting the Simpkin's family for trying to make Timothy to be the victim.

Zacchaeus's grandmother, Kathy Selby says "they're making Simpkins out to be the victim. My grandson is in the ICU--shot four times. My grandson is the victim,"
