The small plane crash happened on Saturday morning just after the Winnie Rice Festival Parade.
Video shows the small single engine plane clip a light pole shortly after take off which caused it to crash to the pavement.
Amazingly, the pilot was not seriously injured and no one else on the ground was hurt
