Grandpa Dies Of COVID, Family Says He Was Denied Ivermectin Prescription

Pete Lopez died on Monday after a month-long battle with COVID.

Lopez’s family previously filed a lawsuit over being able to use the drug Ivermectin to treat his condition and said a judge ruled in their favor.

Lopez’s granddaughter, Gabrielle Snider says another doctor from the VA approved the use of the drug but Memorial Hermann would not allow it.

She tells KPRC-TV:

“we will never know if this medication would’ve worked for him or not. A judge ruled in my family’s favor to administer a prescription (Ivermectin), and my grandfather passed away yesterday.”

Snider says they had exhausted all options. That's why they pushed for the hospital to use ivermectin.

Lopez was a combat veteran of Vietnam.

The Czar on the show this morning asks “why is it so important for the medical establishment to refuse the use of a particular drug...to deny treatment for someone who is begging for it...”
