Last week, Senator Ted Cruz led a delegation of GOP senators to the Texas border and he revealed some disturbing details about his visit.
He said that the COVID positivity rate of the border patrol holding facility in Donna, Texas is 10%.
He points that:
“it’s a facility that was built to hold a thousand people, although with COVID restrictions the capacity is 250.It right now has over 4,000 people...
The Biden administration is packing them in. And the thing that’s frustrating...it this entire crisis was preventable. It is the direct result of political decisions by Joe Biden.”
He sums it up by saying “I’ve been to the border a lot and I’ve been to a lot of detention facilities...the packing and the crowding is the worst I’ve ever seen.”
