A 17-Year-Old Defends Home From 3-Armed Intruders, Killing One Of Them

A teenager defends his home from 3-armed invaders on Sunday night.

The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reports:

A 17-year-old resident fatally shot someone during a break-in at a Cobb County home Sunday night, according to police. Now, two of the suspect’s accomplices are facing murder charges. 
Machavellia Bagsby, 21, died at the scene on Olive Springs Road in Marietta, Cobb police spokesman Sgt. Wayne Delk said. 
Police were sent to the home about 9 p.m. on the report of a shooting. When they arrived, they found 21-year-old Taruss Miller with a gunshot wound to the leg. 

Miller was seen on a home security camera of a neighbor begging for help after he was shot.He along with an unnamed 16-year-old have been charged with murder, aggravated assault, attempted armed robbery, burglary, and possession of a firearm.

Po-po say they do not plan to charge the 17-year-old who defended his home with any crimes.
