The City of Houston and Harris County have issued the lockdown order they’ve dubbed “stay home, work safe order”
The order begins tonight at midnight and runs through April 3.
County Judge Lina Hidalgo says “all of us should stay home” unless our jobs our essential.
She says non-essential businesses must cease operations.
