Andy Ngo is an editor at Quillette and he’s long exposed antifa’s tactics in Portland. On Saturday, antifa marched on the streets of downtown Portland that’s when a mob of them attacked Ngo for trying to document their activity.
Jim Ryan with The Oregonian newspaper captured video that shows the antifa thugs attacking Ngo while others throw a white substance on him.
Portland Police say that some of those white substances thrown by antifa contained quick-dry cement.
Ngo’s attorney, Harmeet Dhillion said he was admitted to the hospital as a result of a “brain bleed”. She adds “you sick “journalists” and other hacks gloating about this should be ashamed.”
And yes, there were journalist and other blue-check mark liberals celebrating the attack on Ngo. The Washington Examiner’s Julia Rosas complied tweets from verified accounts that either “mocked or attempted to explain away” the attack. Even a New York Times editor basically blamed Ngo for the attack because he had the audacity to practice journalism as a conservative.
Last night, Ngo’s attorney tweeted that he had been released from the hospital.
