POLL: Texas Lt. Governor takes a side in Nike's controversial Kaepernick ad

Texas Lieutenant Governor Dan Patrick won't sound off with challengers, but will say he's unhappy over Nike's choice of Colin Kaepernick as celebrity spokesman.  Nike announced that the former 49ers quarterback will be featured in a new ad campaign marking the 30th anniversary of the company's "Just Do It" slogan.

Patrick said in a Facebook post that the company's decision is "offensive" and added, "No more Nike at my house."

Many people support Nike's choice of Kaepernick, who started kneeling during the National Anthem in 2016.

Others agree with Patrick's call for a boycott.
