In another case of liberal lawfare, a Biden-appointed judge has blocked a flight of unaccompanied Guatemalan children, who were set to be deported back to their home country.
The judge made paused the removals as the children were set to board a plane in Texas Sunday morning. The ruling was accelerated once the judge learned a number of them were already in the process of being deported.
The block is the latest in a string of judges hampering deportation efforts of the Trump administration. The administration is expected to appeal.
