After an investigation that took nearly a year, four people are in jail Saturday night in connection with the killing of a Houston-area teenager.
A shooting on June 9th last year resulted in the death of 18-year-old Nehemiah Lima and injury of a 15-year-old boy, according to a report from the Houston Police Department.
Investigators looked closely at clues as they tried to piece together the events in the shooting, which happened not far from Griggs at I-45 the Gulf Freeway.
When police arrived, all they found were the two with gunshot wounds.
The 18-year-old was pronounced dead a short time later, the 15-year-old has been recovering.
Homicide investigators say they've identified four suspects, three of whom were already in police custody on unrelated charges.
A fourth man was arrested Thursday.
All four are expected to face charges of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and murder.
