Trump Day One

Today is the big day, and the big return for Donald J. Trump, who spoke a lot about 'day one' while he was on the campaign trail. Well, that day is here and according to reports Trump plans to sign more than 100 executive orders, with many happening later on today.

"You can expect him on day one to sit behind that desk in the oval office, whip out that Sharpie and start that epic signature that we all know and love" said Houston congressman, Wesley Hunt, "You're going to see a lot of that in the first week."

Trump's priorities include securing the border, deportations, energy, and gender issues.

"You're going to see a stark change in our border policy, in our energy policy, and you're going to see a stark change in just how we run this country" Hunt told KTRH, "He is ready to hit the ground running on day one, he has been preparing for this for the past four years, and he is ready."
It's going to be a lot different from Trump's first Inauguration Day back in 2017, when he signed only -one- executive order.

"President Trump wants to send a shot across the bow to make sure that everyone is on notice, there is a new sheriff in town" noted Hunt.

In case you're wondering, Joe Biden actually holds the record for the most executive orders signed on day one by a U.S. president, with 9.
