It turns out, the Houston father charged with attempted murder for allegedly setting fire to his house in Fulshear while his 3 kids were inside, is here in the U.S. illegally.
Pedro Luis Parra Pulgar, who is being held in Fort Bend County Jail on $2.3 million bond, is also on ICE hold.
Thankfully, 2 teenagers in the house were able to escape, before a Fulshear police officer made a dramatic rescue of a 3-year old boy who was trapped in the burning house.
