A grand jury is expected to hear the case of a far northwest Harris County shooting early Sunday morning.
Deputies were called about 3 am to a residence along Bauer Hockley Road, near the Grand Parkway 99 at Mueschke Rd.
There they found a man had been shot and killed, and deputies questioned two people who were at the home.
They say they found that the man who was shot had gotten into an argument with his girlfriend.
She then called her brother, who came to the home and got into a physical confrontation with the man, his sister's boyfriend.
The grand jury will likely decide whether there should be criminal charges against either of the two.
