Governor Greg Abbott, and Donald Trump's new 'Border Czar' Tom Homan were at the border today, serving an early Thanksgiving to the Texas National Guard and DPS troops.
"From me, the best and most prolific thing I can do for you today is to let you know that gratitude that Texans have for you" Abbott said to the large gathering, "As soon as January 20th occurs, there is going to be a change in the way that the United States of America protects our border, and protects the sovereignty of the United States of America."
Which is something that Homan is already hard at work at.
"Let me be clear, there is going to be a mass deportation" Homan said, "Game on, time to get this done, game on."
In addition to their time with the troopers, Governor Abbott and Homan are also set to visit the 1,400 acre site in Starr County, that could be used for a possible detention and deportation site.
