Eric Adams, the mayor of New York City, has been indicted by a grand jury on federal criminal charges. The indictment is currently sealed, but some speculate that these charges may be connected to the FBI raid on the home of one of his top aides in February.

According to Fox News, the indictment could be unsealed as soon as today.

New York conservatives are already criticizing Mayor Adams, with NY State Conservative Party Chairman Gerard Kassar saying, "The mayor and his administration appear to be riddled with corruption, and the public has lost all confidence in their ability to move the five boroughs forward."

New York Republican Party Chairman Nick Langworthy said, "Another NY Democrat clouded in scandal. Time and again, they have proved they only care about their personal power and scoring political points, not what’s best for New York’s taxpayers."
