As DEI takes hold of virtually every part of public life, major hospital systems like the Mayo Clinic and the Cleveland Clinic are now offering minority-specific healthcare options. This is essentially racially segregated medical treatment, and it's illegal.
Attorney Dan Lennington with the Wisconsin Institute for Law and Liberty told KTRH, "Federal law does prohibit all forms of racial discrimination. The Affordable Care Act prevents race discrimination in medicine."
Lennington says these types of minority-only treatment programs should be completely unthinkable. He pointed out, "No one would suggest that we should have a 'White Only' clinic for MS, for example. That would be seen as incredibly racist."
Lennington says patients need to be on the lookout for illegal programs like this and speak out when they see them. He also stated that the W.I.L.L. has already begun taking legal action against hospitals offering these programs.
