Minnesota Governor Tim Walz has officially accepted the Democratic Party's nomination for Vice President. In his DNC speech yesterday, he once again distanced himself from both his and Kamala Harris' records, attempting to portray Harris as a moderate.
Instead of addressing key voter concerns, he began his speech by boasting that none of his high school students ended up attending Yale University.
He then went on to talk about the great respect he has for personal privacy and allowing people to make their own choices. However, he failed to mention that during the COVID pandemic, he implemented a system for people to report their neighbors for going outside.
Walz also claimed that Harris would cut taxes if elected, despite the fact that, as Vice President, Kamala Harris cast the deciding vote to hire 80,000 new IRS agents to go after Americans.
