Texas Children's Hospital has terminated a whistleblower after she alleged that it was illegally billing the sate Medicaid program for the purposes of child gender mutilation.
Vanessa Sivadge detailed her termination to Chrstopher Rufo of the Manhattan Institute.
Sivadge says she is challenging the termination, and has set up a fundraiser to help with legal fees.
Since she went public, 10 Texas Congress members have asked U.S. Attorney General Merrick Garland to investigate allegations of Medicaid fraud related to child gender modification at TCH.
Texas House Speaker Dade Phelan has also requested an investigation.
