Republicans are reminding voters about the open border disaster created by the Biden administration while Democrats claim the title of 'border czar' was never given to vice president Kamala Harris.
Regardless, there is a major crisis at the southern border as more than 10 million people have entered the country illegally over the past three and a half years.
Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton said title or not, Harris, the likely presidential nominee for her party, has allowed the mass migration of illegal aliens to take place at the U.S. southern border.
"She supported every single one of these policies including every policy of eliminating American law that's supposed to stop this," Paxton said during an appearance on Fox Sunday morning.
Paxton said all of this happening was by design from the Biden administration and from Democrats. He believes they will eventually give them citizenship too.
"They've just let the cartels bring as many people here as possible," he said. "They helped him, they did the logistics for them, they moved them around the country and their purpose was getting as many illegals into this country and they were successful."
