Following yet another massive news weekend with Joe Biden's announcement to drop out of the presidential race, Governor Greg Abbott joined KTRH's Clay Travis and Buck Sexton, and was asked about Biden, as well as VP Kamala Harris.
When asked specifically about the job Harris did as Biden's 'Border Czar', Abbott said, "She gets an F-minus for a grade as border czar. Remember this, I think maybe during her entire time as 'Border Czar' she may have been down close to the border one time."
And as for Joe Biden, Abbott echoed many Republicans who are calling for Biden to step down immediately. If he's not fit to run, he's not fit to remain in office.
"If he is incapable of running for president, he is incapable of serving as president" Abbott told Clay & Buck, "He's absent, he's awol, and Kamala Harris is not up to speed on being able to address any of those issues. I am very concerned."
And finally, Abbott says the Democrats rigging their own election and switching out Joe Biden is the true threat to democracy, and that the Dems can no longer use that argument against former president Donald Trump.
