After the Supreme Court ruled that the ATF's bump stock ban was unconstitutional, John Cornyn now wants to work with Democrats to pass another ban. Pro-Second Amendment activists say that this debate has already been settled thanks to the Supreme Court.

David Amad with Open Carry Texas told KTRH, "We actually have a few people on the Supreme Court that recognize what the Constitution actually says, and they don't substitute what they just wish it said."

Amad says that this is just another attempt from the anti-Second Amendment crowd to sidestep the Constitution. He said, "The biggest problem that they have is very simply this: They just don't like what the Constitution says, so they try to wiggle out of it."

Amad did say he doesn't think this bill has enough support to make it all the way through Congress.
