A Bill To Abolish The Fed Is Likely DOA

In a bill backed by Texas Congressman, Chip Roy, Rep. Thomas Massie (R-Ky.) has introduced legislation that would end the Federal Reserve.

According to experts, the bill doesn't have a chance, and is DOA.

"Many of us who are free market economists and supporters, agree on that the Federal Reserve has acted errantly over the past few years" said economist Joel Griffith, with the Heritage Foundation.

Hence, the 40-year high inflation that is surging back up with no relief in sight for all of the high prices.

But all of the blame should not be just on The Fed.

"Well it's clear that Congress has the power to resolve a large part of this problem, beyond the federal reserve" Griffith told KTRH, "Let's remember, it was Congress that has approved these enormous expansions of government spending."

And they're still trying to spend more, with the Biden administration showing no restraint whatsoever to the consequences of spending money that we don't have.

It's worth noting that Rep. Massie is also calling for a full audit of The Fed.
