Thanks to new census rules, illegal aliens could give Democrat super states like New York and California even more power in presidential elections. Because electoral college votes are assigned to states based on population, illegals could give Democrat states enough votes to be the sole decider in presidential elections.
The Remembrance Project's Maria Espinoza told KTRH, "If the Democrats are allowed to count illegals in our census coming up, then we won't see another Republican president in the United States." She says this is the perfect example of the fact that Democrats seem to care more about getting more power than actually taking care of the citizens they're meant to represent.
"Why would our elected officials do such a thing, and open up these borders? Basically attract and entice these illegal immigrants. Well, here we have it."
This is a solvable problem, though. Espinoza says that if we elect a tough-on-the-border candidate like Trump, we can solve this immigration crisis before the 2030 census; after that, it might be too late.
