The leftist lawfare started with Trump, but it could be a warning to all Americans that if you cross the Democrats, your business might be at risk. These banana republican legal tactics used for clearly political purposes don't bode very well for freedom-loving Americans.
Shark Tank's Kevin O'Leary told Fox News, this could lead to less capital being invested in New York City, and America as a whole. He says, "Capital comes to America because of the stability in our justice system. This isn't stable. Seizing assets is what happens in Venezuela."
O'Leary says this makes him hesitant about investing more of his money in New York because he has no real assurance that he won't be subjected to the same treatment. He said in regards to Gov. Kathy Hochul's statement encouragement to investors not to be concerned, "It wasn't comforting to me."
O'Leary told Fox we are already seeing the predictable result of more businesses moving to more conservative states.
