Today The First Harris County Election Challenge Goes To Court

The first Harris County election trial is underway today, with the goal of overturning the results of the 2022 November election.

Republican Erin Lunceford's case will be heard, after she lost by 2,743 votes to Democrat Tamika Craft. The only problem is, lawyers claim that more than 18,000 illegal votes were found.

"This is the first election challenge, actually going to a trial" said Wayne Dolcefino, who will be joined in the courtroom by Mattress Mack, "Judge Erin Lunceford believes that there are enough illegal votes to overturn the results of the election."

The trial will be the first of 21 lawsuits, attempting to restore election integrity to the voters in Harris County.

"This is about transparency, and it always has been about transparency for Mack and I" Dolcefino told KTRH, "What happens in this trial will go a long way in deciding some of these other election contests down the road."

Speaking of transparency, the Democrats are trying to block cameras from being allowed in the courtroom.
