Get Vaxxed – Or Else! Our Legal Experts Sound Off On Biden’s Latest Mandate

Absolutely unconstitutional. That is the basic reaction from most Republicans, in the aftermath of Joe Biden latest government overreach.

The President announced last week that all employers, not just federal, with more than 100 workers can require them to be vaccinated. This, even though the Covid numbers have actually dropped for 3 straight weeks.

Is this legal? "Absolutely not" said famed attorney Jared Woodfill, who is still representing the Methodist Hospital employees that were fired for refusing to get the shot, "Clearly he has overstepped his authority under the United State Constitution and under federal law."

Several Republican Governor's have already vowed to fight Biden's vaccine mandate, with Biden basically using OSHA to do his bidding, something the White House Chief of Staff admitted in an embarrassing tweet that was quickly deleted. "You can't do that" Woodfill told KTRH, "We're a country based on the rule of law. The constitution lays out a process for passing laws."

So what are your options if your boss says you have to be vaccinated, or you will lose your job? Woodfill says there are a few options. "One, challenge the underlying policy, 2) request a religious exemption if you qualify, and 3) request a medical exemption if you qualify."

Getting the vaccine should be up to you and your doctor, not the federal government. And if the vaccine is as effective as they keep saying, then shouldn't it protect those who have had it?

"There are plenty of opportunities to fight this on many different levels" Woodfill told KTRH, "I would encourage people to stand up, speak up, refuse to give up, and that's how we're going to beat these unconstitutional mandates."

Yet another reminder that elections have consequences.
