Houston ISD is holding a job fair Saturday from 9 to noon at Hattie Mae White on W 18th Street.
HISD has been contracting out for janitorial services but is going to bring the operations in-house, creating an opening of 400 full time jobs with benefits.
The district says they are looking for dependable, punctual, dedicated staff.
