Texas Is Closer To Real Voting Integrity Measures

The Texas voter integrity bill is one step closer to becoming law.

SB 7 approved final clearance in the House and is now being finalized in a Senate conference committee.

State Representative Briscoe Cain, who is pushing the bill across the finish line told KTRH, "We're 90% there right now."

This comes after Democrats spent several hours debating the bill, using the lazy narrative of racism as their way of dealing with opposition, and trying to get what they want.

Because the corporate media only gives the left's side of the story, you have only heard one opinion of the bill.

But as Rep. Cain points out, SB 7 is anything but voter suppression. "We've got disgusting words like suppression and racism being thrown around really lightly. If this was a voter suppression bill, none of us would be supporting it. Sadly, this is the day and age that we live in."

And not only that, Cain says that behind the scenes, several Democrats are in favor of SB 7, but they can't say so publicly because of their marching orders. "None of them were allowed to vote for it, and they'll tell you behind the scenes they have to fight it."

Once the bill is completed, it will head to Governor Greg Abbott's desk where it will become law effective September 1st.

"I expect it to be done very shortly, within a few days" Cain said.

Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton recently revealed that voter fraud cases are at an all-time high here in Texas.
